Disconnecting every match

After almost every single match I play it either says Rank Update Error it it fails to save my rank or something and it does this almost every killer game and it would take away my progression on my bloodpoints and archives is there anyway to fix this, this is annoying me

    Whenever I actually do get into a lobby as killer the ping is normally 50 and as survivor it also doesn't lag
