Wikipedia for Concepts?

Okay now before people start freaking out. Humor me on the idea for a minute.
I think it would be an interesting idea for the fandom to get together and basically start our very own Wikipedia for killer, survivor, perk ideas and what not. It would be a fun and regulated playground for ideas and Concepts to flow freely.
Now when I say regulated I want it to be something similar to the SCP Wikipedia where there's a council reviewing your concept and giving you basically the green light.
Not just concept either you can also submit stories and what not. If you also pair up with other people with original ideas it can be a beautiful and pretty awesome way to tell a story.
So yeah if anybody thinks it'll be an interesting idea to just set up a custom fandom Wikipedia then let me know because I think it might be something that we never knew we needed.

No one is stopping you from opening your own fandom concept wiki.
But that might be a lot of work and dedication. And don't forget the trolls.1
