Fast Vaulting speeds are increased by 5/7/10%
When running for twice the time for a fast vault for a window, the hitbox for activating a vault is increased by 25% and is replaced by 'Dive'.
Diving through a window makes you dive roll through it, so you go through it quicker, without lost of speed, and doesn't create a sound notification

Interesting concept, if not a bit rough to read. Should definitely be a an exhaustion perk.
