Now it's pretty hillarious, but it would be cool if it will be also work for any screams like being hooked, failing a skill check etc

And with both you can still look at scoring events on your right hand side and see when you're in the vicinity of someone. You don't get to pinpoint them but it's usually good enough.

This perk is BROKEN it removes 2 powers from the killers, Clown and Doctor, PLEASE NERF!

I don't think screaming helps the clown. And for the doc, what are the chances that ALL of them run Calm Spirit? Not very high. If they do, just find them the natural way!

H Let's be honest if you're in the Clown's mist likelihood is he knows where you are. Also I ran it to see just how good it would be against the doctor it took me about 3 days to actually encounter one Doctor. Trust me Doctor is not a prevalent enough killer for this perk to become meta so I doubt a lot of people would be running it unless they were already running it before the update or they just really hate doctors and are willing to sacrifice a perk slot to screw him over.

I always find it weird when someone runs calm spirit because I hit them and they don’t scream (you just hear the weapon hit sound effect) I’m like are you ok? And then I realize oh yea calm spirit got a buff. It’s gonna take awhile for me to get used to it

On high wall loops u have to rely on survivors screaming to know if its time for an atack of another shock/bottle, its also used to know which direction u should go when they scream since its a directional sound.

As a Doc, I don't mind this perk one bit. Any doc that has problems with Calm Spirit needs to just git gud

    Doc is far from weak.

Why do weak killers like Trapper and Doc always get screwed by perks like Sabotage and Calm Spirit?

Devs should give survivors something to counter OP Nurse and Huntress with.

Hiding and movement keys have been in the game since it was released.

As doctor would you not also get the points for shocking someone or raising a tier though? Is it not obvious where they are?

Exactly! While Calm Spirit makes it harder to find them, it's not impossible!

U know survivors don't get to know who's gonna be the killer, right? Taking that skill is already a risky choice, there's your nerf.

They don't scream true but the Doctor still laughs when you shock them and the apparitions still appear. Nurses also still works at tier 3. With clown it is a little harder to tell if you hit someone but you can always just look at your point indicator on the screen that pops up whenever your score a bottle hit.

It really doesn't counter them just makes you pay a little more attention.

Just because Jake is quieter than other survivors with his perks doesn't make him a god. He still bleeds and leaves a scratch mark trail. Not to mention that some Jake's will run Saboteur which makes noise when used. Just focus on the ground and his perks are dead in the water.

If you can make god bleed, people will stop believing in him.

From what I saw, it does work on getting hooked. I use it on Jake and he never screams when he gets hooked.

Weird, claudette screams only when she gets a hooked. She don't only scream when she is on the second phase or getting sacrifaced

Okay, here's what you gotta do.

First-off, the Nurses greatest weakness is stealth. That's why two of her three unique Perks are tracking perks. Besides why else would they release little miss Urban Evasion at the same time as the new killer?

In the event that stealth has failed you'll toalways be running to make the most out of her slow speed. Then there's the blinks. A standard issue nurse has two blinks, though some can have three with add-ons. Now here's the key part, when the Nurse charges a blink run straight to her. She can't cancel the blink so she'll fly straight through you. Now you'll also need to wait a second and be prepared to run again as usually the response to your charge is the second blink. You can run at her again though some might anticipate this and deliberately use a short blink to get ya. So once the second blink has occurred you should be in the clear to go find LOS blockers and attempt jukes. If there's a third blink it'll probably hit so unless you think you can dodge position yourself to an area where the speed boost can be used to escape. If you have a flashlight and she's blinking light burn is another option. Lastly, experiment with props. Some objects just don't like blinks so run to these to put a barrier between you and her to buy time. I personally notice that trees work rather well at denying blink passage.

As for Huntress, once again use steath when you can. The lullaby provides ample warning for you to hide. The hatchets can usually be countered by crouching behind loops and quick turns.

As a general rule don't try to rely on pallets for either of these gals as the Nurse will phase through them and the Huntress will get you during the animation.

I don't know about the Skill Check part, but stopping the scream on hooks would be pleasant.

Dude FFFF the Doctor. Most annoying tedious killer to play against. Who in their right might thought that making skill checks more annoying would be fun? Read ANNOYING. I can hit a shaking off-center OC skill check no problem, it doesn't make it any less annoying to deal with.

It only (kinda) works vs the Doc. Vs all the other killers it doesnt work because you can clearly see you hit the person.

Lol, I remember when people were serious about this line of thinking. There were people that really thought calm spirit would be meta and Doctor would be trash. I would like it if people who were wrong actually came back to the forums and admitted they overreacted.
