Ban question

So will the new "ban" system actually change anything about people that instantly kill themselves on hooks?

If not, can we expand it to it?

I can kinda get it if killer is facecamping you but every game I played today had at least one(and at best three) people DC or instantly suicide.

They either did not like the killer, got outplayed or did stupid thing that got them downed. At that point game changes into farming shitshow ... among which I have to somehow get EGC unhook with no survivors actually touching gens.

Bhvr is releasing Oni at the perfect time. Releasing the slug god killer when people are gonna start hook exits.

Hard to hook exit when Onis are 4 man slugging everyone.

    Unless they drastically change him.

I'll suicide on hook because, even thought it was a green ping, the lag is so bad that I pretty much can't play. I shouldn't be banned for that. Suiciding lets the killer at least get their points. Survivors also suicide to give the last player the hatch.

I've also accidentally died on my first or second hook because my finger slipped during the stupid struggle phase.

Anyway, it's an in-game mechanic. Banning for using it would create problems. Especially if you end up banning people with arthritis or other ailments who physically cannot handle struggle phase.

Definitely not, this would have too many knock-on effects and would be too hard to correctly enforce.

It will be the meta for players that DC though lol.
