When are console changes coming (Dedicated Servers etc.)
I play on ps4 and im getting the worst frame stutters and lag ever before. Survivors always seem to be far ahead of my swings but get hit anyway and when i'm survivor it seems like there's a lag switch on and always teleport backwards allowing the killer to catch up. My request is for more support on consoles or at least the same support on all systems adding one thing at a time to improve the game.

Probably with the upcoming mid chapter patch or with chapter 15, but who knows. From what I've seen of pc dedicated servers, I'm glad we get to wait .

Instead, we get approximately 3 FPS when using Feral Frenzy and a total of 16 frames when we play on Red Forest.
And a ton of lag. Dedicated Servers genuinely look like just a regular day on consoles.

I don't think anyone but the devs will be able to tell you when general performance improvements are planned for consoles. And they probably won't tell you either until they make an official announcement about it.
Regarding the dedicated servers, I would guess that they will be rolled out to consoles once they officially go live on PC. Currently, while they are active on PC, they are still in the testing phase and being constantly changed and updated. Once all the kinks have been ironed out, then, I imagine, it will be time for an official release across all platforms.
There is no real estimate as to when this will be, so I wouldn't get your hopes up expecting them at any particular time until an official announcement is made on the subject.
