    Doc is great fun make overcharge and Monitor and Abuse the priority to get to rank 3 perks. Just my suggestion. As for shocky shocky remember if they run back to you they can avoid it.

    Doctor is the best killer to tro...I mean, slug, here is my advice: Sloppy Butcher, Distressing, Nurses Calling, Coulrophobia. I hope u enjoy giving survivors the Treatment that they deserve.

    You can also change Distressing or NC for Dying Light if u want, but u would have to tunnel and kill the obsession very early in the game.

    Unnerving Presence + Distressing. Those skill checks will haunt them
