They are, but they are completely outweighed by the horrible nerfs Legion got.

They're better now. No Kap. Seriously though, if you run the right build you can still do really well. Only real issue to me is the fact that FF doesn't react to on-hit perks anymore.

I've been loving him. I had 6 4ks in a row today at red ranks. *shrug*
But apparently -- according to the latest post I made about him -- to the community that just means that every red rank survivor I played is bad and I am also bad. :")

Legion just changed and people may not know how to adapt to him, he doesn't do much at all besides he can run fast and cause a 12 second slow down, but why play Legion when I can play one shot down, faster Hillbilly.

I'm aware it doesn't. But I included the fact of red ranks to show the survivors were at least experienced.
And true, very true. I'm simply saying that Legion isn't AS BAD as people say. They definitely need some love but it's not impossible to do well with them.

They made FF faster, cool, what does that do for you exactly? Hit people and apply Deep Wound? That’s not gonna do anything, DW is a literal joke.

I really hope the Devs are actually listening to our complaints but it really feels like they aren't. Everyone has said what has been plaguing Legion and those were the things they didn't change. Everyone said the PTB changes were bad and they have not addressed our concerns, worries, and lack of trust in the direction they're taking.
Everyone has said since day 1 ''the 4 second stun is too long'' and ''the pin add-ons need to be on hit'' and those were the two things they decided to completely ignore. They did touch the Pin add-ons but decided to take in a direction that was ALMOST what we wanted and still bad.
Changing something from taking 2 hits to activate to activating on the 2nd person is STILL 2 HITS TO ACTIVATE
