I play on PS4 and for a while now, probably since a little before the Hallowed Blight event, I've been having this weird occurrence. While I'm running, it feels/looks like my character is just randomly slowing down for brief spurts at random intervals. I haven't been able to tell if it is actually affecting how fast I move though. But there are definitely weird sports of it. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

    No, that happens to me! I thought I wasn't pressing the Run button in far enough to register, but it happens all the time, and it never used to happen...
