Another "Which Do You Prefer" Question

I really like interacting with you guys this way. So far, I've gotten a lot of interesting responses! I'm honestly surprised I've gotten this many already. So, I'll ask you all another! I will generally just keep it to 2 Killers at a time, so who do you prefer this time, Trapper or Hag? Since they both got a rework, I am interested to see what kind of responses will come from this.

    Hag, no doubt

I cant stand it when survivors can walk past my traps without harm and when I take the same path, I get traped in my own trap

Always annoying; I know the feel.

110% Trapper. He has the more powerful Traps and the ability to end a game with one good play.
Also he looks way cooler than Hag tbh...

Definitely looks cooler. Plus placing traps down faster now is a godsend.

I prefer the design of Trapper, but the gameplay of Hag.

Hag is way stronger in proper hands.

Yeah. I've seen some extremely good Trappers and Hags. Both are very scary.

Just place the traps near pallets and windows

Well, some survivors are too smart for that. You got to herd them into your traps.

    Hag, no doubt.
Especially if you have Make Your Choice on her, that #########'s devastating.

Very much so, since Hag is a strong camper. That's kind when she's at her strongest.

It's fun when it ends a big chase too.

I do understand, why many people think that Hag is better than Trapper, but there is one reason why i think, that Trapper is better than her:
The Trapper has a oneshot ability. as soon as someone gets trapped, this person is insta downed. they will, however, return to the injured state after freeing themselves or getting rescued. If you play against a Trapper, who knows where to place his traps, he has the potential to end the game within ~5 minutes with a 4k. If you face a REALLY good Trapper (or just an extreme lucky one), he'll also end the game with no, or MAYBE a silver chaser emblem. Why? Because he used traps to catch the Survivors instead of hunting them down. Trapper is the strongest defensive Killer this game has. If you try to ambush him, you will probaply meet your demise very soon.
The Hag still has the problem, that she needs to hunt her prey down, unlike a Trapper. Also, she cant catch multiple people at once, like the Trapper does. Thats why I think she is not as powerful as Trapper.

Good points. I'm not the only one that hates this emblem system. lol

Okay this is going to get nasty because I actually like both of them.

On one hand I like the Trapper because I can lock down an area now. Not to mention the fact that it is not possible for me to booby trap every single trap so even if you try to deactivate them you'll just end up hurting yourself which make matters easier for me if I have Bloodhound or nurse is calling.

The hag is absolutely insane for those who don't know how to play nurse or prefer to play a killer with some speed. As of late I can't tell you how beautiful it feels to use make your choice and other perks that evolved around radius with her.

Even though they both use traps I have to go with the main man
    Trapper it is.

Not a fan of Trapper. Played him for 3 matches and that was it. Hag all the way.

In a way, it was the same way for me. Trapping just isn't my playstyle. Taking time to place traps when gens are getting done (too fast, as usual) just doesn't end up well for me every single time.

The thing that ticked me off with him was you had to move halfway across the map just to pick up your traps, then move somewhere else to arm them. It's not like Hag where it's instant.

I suppose that's true. Placing the traps is the most painful part. I'm glad they at LEAST made it faster with this update.

I love Trapper. I love foothold traps, I love the feeling of setting one and I absolutely love when survivors step in my traps. The only problem is that Trapper has very few traps compared to hag. Beartraps have a small hitbox, and they can be disabled without the need for additional items, and then if they get disabled that's time you've wasted. (not to mention potential frustration if you're like me) Trapper placements are also somewhat predictable. Almost always in tall grass, behind windows and under pallets. It's true that you can counter Hag with crouching but I don't see many people running Urban Evasion all that often, and I find it tedious to crouch walk everywhere when I could just run and hide when I activate a trap.

My answer is Trapper for looks and satisfaction, and Hag for kills.

Yeah. Both can be pretty satisfying in their own ways though.
