...run towards the door - the three bright red lights on top of the lever are almost erotic to you. Safe at last!, you shout in your mind, but then your heartbeats grows stronger, much stronger...

Open the gate and hang around near the exit so that I'm safe even if the killer gets a surprise hit, in order to buy my teammates maximum time to get to a safe place themselves. Let myself be hit out the gate if necessary.
If someone gets hooked, either sacrifice myself to save them or leave and apologise in postgame, depending on how much I value my own survival at that point (usually I will leave if I have a challenge or daily, am trying to complete an adept mission, trying to farm bloodpoints, or want to keep a nice item I have, otherwise I will happily trade places with my teammate).
Unless they were a terrible teammate who farmed or sandbagged me, or otherwise behaved poorly during the game, then I'll just leave.

Depends on the killer... but in all likelihood, they either killed the other 3 or made them DC, so I'd leave via the gate.
If it's Julie though... I'm not sure...

Farm my teammate with BT right in front of the killer, because BT has no counterplay and it's used to bully the killer by farming other survivors to death, yours and theirs.

Eh, depends on the situation. Most likely I’ll just leave cause the games basically over and there’s probably not a great chance of that guy escaping unless another guy takes his place.

I leave. Noed is responsible for too many killers being ranked much higher than their skill level and i'm sure not adding to it by feeding them more hooks.

Take with a pinch of salt as I don't play survivor, but from what I can gather: Write the killer a profanity laced hate mail threatening to report them for hacking......am I close?

Go to the gate to open and GF was following me the whole time in the shadows in shroud, let's me get it open, downs me right there, t-bags me, then I get mori'd.
