no, you had your chance playing during the event. if you didnt have time .. well then you dont get the cosmetics. same with legacy people could also tell they hadnt the chance to get legacy because they didnt play the game in 2016. so what, get over it. i love exclusive skins you can earn for a period time and i think devs should do the same with atleast the charms from each rift pass.

It really doesn't matter if you have Legacy skins, Lunar Event skins, Summer BBQ skins, or etc...
They're just skins and that's it, in the past I was the same way about them but now I could careless... It's nice to have something exclusive in a game you love yes, it keeps a sort of "time capsule" or history of the game in your inventory that only you and some others have grinded for... You can't go back in time and go get them, so we should just all accept that they're not obtainable anymore... right?
Ultimately, it really doesn't matter. A skin isn't going to improve your gameplay, a skin isn't going to increase your stats, a skin isn't going to prove you're better than others, a skin is just a skin.
Maybe they'll release more exclusive skins in the future despite that being very unlikely... but right now, it doesn't honestly matter.

While I agree there is no need to be rude the OP has sort of contradicted themselves. The op itself doesn't say much apart from they want the event skins. They then stated they had earned the event skins and lost them which they were told they will get back by the dev. Then they argue why can't they have them? After being told it numerous time which makes you wonder if the statement about having earned them was true.
I am one who thinks they could just make a way for them to be available on the store so people can purchase them to make all event skins past, present and future consistent. It's not my decision though and I will respect what the devs decide as it up to them at the end of the day.
They give out 14 free skins which they didn't have too and could have profited from but it's still not enough for some and quite frankly I feel its very rude for the player to demand more as to me that shows an ungrateful nature as they don't see what they get just what they don't.

It does feel a little unfair for the devs to be like "here have all these cosmetics" only to be told "haha SIKE" but i guess it is only fair that people that earned the cosmetics in the events could get them back.
Although, I really do wish they'd just unlock the event cosmetics from those earlier events in the future so players that couldn't earn them before could earn them later. That seems reasonable and fair to ask, in my opinion. But what do I know? Maybe they heard all the crying about "my EXCLUSIVES" and just decided it was easier to not bother lol

It just sounds like they didn't know the skins were being returned to the original owners... than when they found this out IN THIS THREAD they back tracked to try and get them for everyone or something.
Idk, this entire thread has gone nowhere anyways, it's just asking for skins that are not going to be released now... we were given literally what? 14 free skins? I guess that isn't enough for people... either way, I really don't care if I get those skins or not personally, it isn't gonna turn me into a master at the game or something ha ha.
Skins are just for bragging rights now or fashion, but it seems to have mostly devolved into bragging rights at this point... at least with EVERY game you play that has any exclusive limited time items/skins. To me, limited time items are cool, since I can own a little piece of that games history or something... but others like to turn it into... something less pleasing to hear...
