Deliverance

This is probably a very unpopular opinion, but I feel like Deliverance could use a slight buff. If you're the first person to get a hooked, it just makes the perk completely useless, even though it'll say the perk is active when you unhook someone later on into the game. I doubt there's really a way to adjust this to make it more useful while staying fair in these situations, but my idea would be for Deliverance to be used once in a trial and have the chance to unhook yourself on second hook. Probably a dumb idea or complaint, but it's really a bummer to be set up like that where there's only 1 or 2 people left or when a killer just slugs everyone all at once.
