Nea burning Crotus Prenn doesn't make any sense.

The Crotus Prenn we see in game is a distorted memory taken from the Nurse and manipulated by the Entity.
The Entity doesn't have any understanding of the actual Crotus Prenn, nor does The Spider in the Sky care for accuracy, it just wants a backdrop for it's trials.
Sally Smithson is also insane and from a far older time period than Nea Karlsson. Her memories are not a reliable portrayal of the Asylum even if the Entity did copy them exactly.

The Crotus Prenn Asylum was already burned down before Nea tagged it. The Nurse and the asylum are from a much older time period than her. Nea just disappeared (was taken by The Entity) when she entered the Asylum.

Wasn't nurse from world war 1?Some of her cosmetics are implying that she took part in the war and was healing soldiers.So the rooftop of the asylum being burnt and black smoke coming out of it could mean that it was probably bombed by a war plane or maybe shot by a tank even tho we don't see any war vehicles on the map.

She was alive around that time period, but the cosmetics aren't necessarily canon or canon representations of the characters.
The United States itself was never attacked during WW1, so none of the damage sustained to the asylum could have been from The Great War.
Most likely, the damaged Asylum we see is just the Entity creating a poor reproduction from Sally's memories. Either that or Sally herself burned the asylum before getting taken by the Entity.

Nvm actually looking at her ultra rare add ons ''Matchbox'' and the desc: ''A matchbox containing an odd collection of mismatched buttons. Serves as a reminder of a horrible place.'' She could very be the one who burned it down.

Nea moved to America, how could she tag Crotus Prenn if it is in England?
Sally could easily be of English descent, but it doesn't mean she isn't American.

I think it could very well be Sally who burned it down. From the Crotus Prenn lore page:
"But it was not the residents that etched the name Crotus Prenn into the history books. Instead it was the mass homicide where over fifty patients were found dead in their beds. The building was abandoned shortly after that. Investigators had no answers, and the town's folk became more and more worried as rumours talked about a woman still living inside the asylum. Finally, one night, smoke rose from the woods as Crotus Prenn had been set ablaze. The bystanders did nothing. They just let it burn."
This shows that is was probably Sally who burned it down, which ties in with her Match Box addon.
