Will matchmaking ever improve so that as a rank 17 survivor I dont have to face red rank killers?

I do not enjoy demoting when I lose to a high rank killer , I often face green/red ranks as rank 17.

    The 6 rank rule does not apply to ranks 20-15. This is to ensure you can find a match against the strongest players and be able to beaten into submission play.
