Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

I'm assuming you mean the Website's store, and not the In-Game store? If so:

That's the link to use to contact them on any issues with the store.

Unfortunately, I've had the same issue. I ordered an item from the DbD Merchandise store, the payment went through on my VISA, but I didn't receive any confirmation email, nor have I received the product from a few weeks back. Instead, I was sent a mouse pad, which I didn't order, and a value difference of over $110 USD.

I've used the support form the member above was nice enough to link. They indicate a six hour turn around time on replies, but it's been ten days since I've submitted my first request for help and several more since my follow-up one. No reply.

If you scour the site long enough, you find a 1-800 number for store support. I called that number and was advised by an annoyed call center employee that they have nothing to do with the Dead by Daylight store, that they've contacted the company multiple times to have them correct the published number on the site, and in his words "they just don't care about their customers".

I've tried DMing the DBD Twitter account, but you're unable to do so. I've left a message on their Facebook page, but haven't heard back. The only resolution left is to contest the charge through my credit card company.

It's a shame, because I fully support Behavior and love this game, but the merchandise store is a hot mess. You will not get any support from anyone, so ordering an item through them is a spin of the roulette wheel as to whether you get the item you ordered at all, or just some random thing from their shop worth substantially less than the item you paid for.

I ordered coasters and they took about 2 months to arrive. After a month I contacted support and did not receive a reply. I had to email them two more times before finally getting a response. I was told there was some kind of glitch and they hadn't received my order and they could either refund me or send it out now and I'd receive it within a week. I decided to still buy it and it did arrive the next week. I'm never ordering anything from there again, though.
