NA (North America) vs. EU (Europe)?
Let me start by saying I play rank 1 survivor and killer on PS4, have over 1k hours in DBD, and play in the southeast USA. I consider myself in the higher, but not tip top, tier of rank 1 players on PS4. Having said that...
Why are my red rank teammates complete potatoes?? I swear, 90% of the time I get into a match, I get teammates that can't survive a chase for longer than 20 seconds, throw the god pallet on the first chase of the game, fail every Ruin skillcheck and blow the gen, unhook in the terror radius without Borrowed Time, loop around a hooked teammate, crouch on the corners of the map and self care, urban evade the whole trial, and essentially refuse to complete gens.
Is this just a PS4 problem, or do NA players on PC come across the same issues?

I don't play with NA players but most rank 1 survivors are also complete potatoes on PC, just like you described.

It's a problem across all platforms and regions I think. Sadly, some red rank players are carried up to that rank by their teammates/friends. Then, when they get matched with you, you'll notice straight away lol.

Currently a rank 10 killer (PS4) since I haven't played much these past few months but I'm constantly placed against purple/red ranks and i can confirm ive gotten a good amount of potato red rank survivors. Unhooking in front of me, wasting pallets, etc. .

Yeah, it's just a general problem we all face occasionally.
