(Saw 7 Spoiler) Did Amanda encounter an old foe in the fog?
Captured by Dr Gordon and others, Detective Hoffman was left for dead. Deprived of food and water for a long period of time, Hoffman eventually passed out due to dehydration. He awoke in the bathroom...the darkness now replaced by light...but his ankle shackle had been removed. He was weary and could hardly move. Then he made out a figure. A figure wearing a pig's head. The figure removed the pig's head to reveal...Amanda Young. Hoffman tried to say "You..." but Amanda quickly stabbed Hoffman in the chest with a retracting blade. "I told you I wasn't going anywhere..." said Amanda as she twisted the blade, Hoffman's choking up blood. "...Game Over." whispered Amanda as Hoffman succumbed to the wound.
Amanda had awoke in the Fog after she was mortally wounded...given another chance to inflict pain by The Entity. Hoffman had also been extended the same courtesy, but Amanda was ready and killed him on arrival.
