You have recovered your wits after being brutally attacked. Following a hit from a killer, scratch marks, blood, and grunts of pain are hidden/ignored for 3 seconds. Silent escape has a cooldown of 120 seconds.

    Great perk :)

    However, similar perks like Dance with Me or exhaustion perks have a cooldown of 60/50/40 seconds. so 120 may be overkill.
