Generator Change Ideas (Concept)
Instead of just increasing repair times, I'm offering to decrease them, increasing Survivors interactions with the Killer, but still make Trials longer for Killers.
NOTE: The below numbers are sold, but they would obviously be subject to change via testing.
GENERATOR CHANGES
The time it takes to fully repair a generator is reduced to 32 seconds. A Power Supply progress bar will appear on the tip right of all players screens. The bar increases 1 point per second for each fully repaired generator. It takes 4,200 Power Supply points to fully fill the Power Supply bar. Once the bar is filled, the Exit Gates will be powered and the End Game Collapses will begin. To combat the decreased repair time, a Killer can damage a powered generator, causing it to become unpowered. When a generator is damaged to become unpowered, the generator looses 25% of its repair progress and normal damage regression is applied.
MISC. CHANGES
• The personal repair speed penalty caused by multiple Survivors repairing the same generator is increased to 11%, up from 10%.
• End Game Collapse time will be increased to 2.5 minutes, up from 2 minutes.
• The End Game Collapse time will only be increases by 20%, down from 50%, when a Survivor is dying or hooked.

This is a good idea but the main thing people been asking for is another objective which would most likely finding missing parts for generators and turning BNP into an in game item which is required to be found/placedi n a generator first before working on it.

My idea :)

I like that generators actually do what generators do with this system. On the other hand, most perks rn are balanced around current system so it's too late for massive overhaul.

Yup, it's been also stated/suggested that survivors need a rework to play differently than each other and make one of their perks unique like for example. Meg is faster than other survivors and her perk sprint burst can only be used on her while her other perks can be used on other survivors
