I am a survivor main who solo squad's it 100% of the time (I have no online friends) and I'm going to TRY to get the Dark Senses challenge done all by myself. No farming. NO voice coms. Just me, myself, and I.

Wishing you the best. That's what I'm on now... seems like no matter where I go or how hard I roll to get from one to the next, 2 end up popping across the screen from me just as I'm getting one done (alone or with somebody else), rendering it impossible until the next match. On match number 27 of trying it right now. I hope you have better luck!

I literally did it 2 games after I posted this… you must have some Ace luck that you gave me, thank you.
My tip for you is literally JUST do gens. Even if that means letting your team perish. Not very altruistic, but ya know, these challenges...

The player just has to sit at the gen when it is getting finished, so it's better to go for aura reading perks to join other survivors who are already working on gens.

Can't you run around at the start of the match tapping every gen? Just tap and move on. Shouldn't that count toward the challenge when they eventually pop?

No, you need to be on it when it finished
