Bloody Frosty eyes

So I had this idea that if you own a prestige cosmetic piece, you could get a frosty eyes variant of it.

For example, if I have the p3 Legion mask, I would get the p3 Legion mask with frosty eyes. That way you can show off your bloody skins with a little more to it.

Devs also said they dont wanna add blood to every cosmetic piece in the game so why not instead just add that frosty eye effect to the bloody pieces so we have a bit more variety. You could do it with the Halloween eyes too!
