Why do you keep coming back to this game?

as the title says why do you keep coming back? For me I’ve been playing this game for over a year and have close to 2k hrs if not then close to that... I just love this game even with some balancing issues

    Because it's one of a kind and I love it.

    Always evolving, always getting new content, and for me it always feels like there's room to improve which is fun.

    It's got SO many problems, but nowhere near enough to make me not enjoy the game.

    I have the opposite problem. I have decided to step away because of a few things (The new "fun" rift challenges, general game health, nothing that new that's engaging). I used to play every day, now it will be every few days just to do dailies.

    This game has SO much potential and the designs of the killers and some of the cosmetics are great but... they just can't (or won't) make this game balanced or solid and after a while it's just diminishing returns. I won't STOP playing but I can't just sit and play for hours anymore.

    I like playing Pig, GF, Bubba and Myers.

    Bought the game when Bubba came, huge Texas Chainsaw Massacre fan so I had to try it and I fell in love with it. Now I can’t stop playing like 2 or 3 games per day

    This game is like the "Hotel California" of video games. You can leave, but you will always come back. It's a curse.

    How it’s designed.


    Multiple gameplay styles, multiple different maps, nothing is the same on every map, nothing to memorize besides totems

    I don’t, or better yet, I used to. Game’s just not as fun for me anymore, but oh well.

    It's a drug. Love the whole science behind the gameplay. Not easy to master the mechanics.

    I can always get burn out of the community, balance, objectives, bp farm but... I come back because it's a fun game after all!

    Kind of easy to just start up and go. Enough dynamics to keep interest and see if you can do just a little better next time.
