 Name: Devan Morrison


 Backstory:


    He lived a happy life, unlike his brother. Devan was held to a higher standard. He had become a senior in highschool at the age of 14. Frank never grew jealous. Frank viewed Devan as a small puppy. Cute and harmless. Devan saw Frank as an idol. He was able to protect himself. Devan could never. His small size made him a target. Everyone saw fit to make him the punching bag. But there was always a light, Frank. He stoppes them, beat them i to submission. That stopped though. When the four teens disappeared, it left Devan open. For two years he endured this pain. Let himself be thrown through windows, let himself be hit, and be left for dead. One night, after being thrown in a frozen lake, Devan tried to find Frank's old hideout. He managed to find it. Faintly he could see figures through a window. It was him! One of the people saw him and pointed him out. They all came down. Devan was greeted with the masks of four different people. He stared, body shaking, as Frank revealed himself. Devan was happy. His big brother could keep him safe. This reunion was short lived. Julie had noticed the signs of frostbite. They tried to help. They really did, but it was too late. Devan's hands were a light blue, lips a striking white, and cheeks a rosy red. The light faded from his bright green eyes. He was gone. Frank begged for him to come back. The crew was shocked. Their coldhearted leader was showing emotion! The Entity gave Frank what he wanted, for a price of course.


PERKS:


Punching Bag: This perk starts with two tokens. You are able to get a token back after healing the obsession.When hit by a killers main or secondary attack, you ignore the effects. (i.e hemorrhage, blindness, slowness)

Escape Tactics: For a period of 3/5/7 seconds you no longed leave blood, grunt, or produce footsteps. Along with this your scratch marks are continued in another direction for 4/7/10 meters. This perk has a cooldown of 120/90/70 seconds.


Family Bond: This perk allows you to see the obsession within 32/48/ Infinite meters. After the obsession is hooked you see the aura of the killer for 3/5/10 seconds. This has a cooldown of 60/55/35 seconds.


COSMETICS


     Head:

           Brown hair, round glasses and bruises on the cheek.


      Chest:

            An oversized black football hoodie with a number and MORRISON written on the back.


       Bottom:

             A pair of black leggings with light blue tennis shoes (Converse).
