Survivors and their time during the fog.
This is my own opinion of what happens to the survivor during the trails of their time. Basically go over how well they are towards other people, actions they normally take, and what they might become after being in the trails for so long.
Dwight: Hesitate but attempts to be brave. Everyone knows him and respects him. After a long time in the trails, he will become the "Leader" of the group and take command
Meg: Meg is a more "Trust my gut" type of person that rushes into actions without thinking. Supportive though oblivious at times. Likes hanging out with bigger groups. After a while, will become more knowledgeable for the people and know how to help them out.
Claudette: Hanging out with the nerds most likely. Kind to all. After a while, will be greatly more open and possibly even call them their new family
Jake: Independent but enjoys the company of others sometimes. Distant but not cold. After a while, will interact more with the others and then everyone will know what he is doing during the trials.
David: Overprotective of his new friends and will try to fight the entity directly. Big tough guy towards everyone but is deep down respectable. In the future: Definitely will try to punch the killer to let go of the survivor they're carrying.
Bill: Distant, remembering his times and why he hasn't just died. Will remain along for the majority, but in dire situations, will be the hero. After a while, the "Survivors" will be his new family. Remember, "We look out for our own"
Kate: Will provide moral support before, during, and after the trails. Will try to hum a delicate song for survivors as they're working on a generator to lighten the mood. Wants everyone to survive. After a while, will know the bond of each survivor and possibly even secrets that she values and promises to keep.
Jane: Let's you rant to her and will MOST likely try to say it publicly to solve the situation. Will face things headon, regardless of risk. In the future, she will become an "all in this together" person.
Nea: Independent person that knows how to evade and hide well. Nea will try to teach survivors how to do things correctly and how to be more undetectable. In the future, might be one of the least detectable people and possibly even out-detect the entity.
Laurie: Prefers to be alone, but enjoys company well with Bill. The 2 get alone, but the relationship towards other survivors aren't that well. Though everyone knows that she can handle herself. In the future, will be known to the killers as a "Ruthless Bi-"
Ash: A loudmouth that goes against rules of the other survivors. Gets along wit the more talkative people, but will try to make a comedy when things get serious, make the best out of your situation. In the future, will be a great mood booster
Tapp: Will attempt to tackle the killer head on and apprehend them. Will play Hero and Distraction for the other survivors. In the future, will know where to find each survivor, and know how to solve a situation
Adam: From the start will be curious about the entity, however at the end, will attempt to outwit them. Gets along with everyone though prefers to remain in his studies.
Feng: lol gg ez killer. Treats this like a game.... because it is. Not like that. Oh well: Laidback person that still gets scared really easily. In the future will be the toxic person. Oh and objective main and likes doing challenges
Nancy: Supportive big sister to all. Will keep quiet about your stuff. During the trails she's more quiet and independent. After a while, she will know a lot about the killers more than survivors, therefore know how to outsmart them.
Steve: Cocksure person that can suppress the entity temporally. He gives and receives a ton of help and if anyone is fighting the killer, he will most likely join. After a while, will possibly band up with other aggressive survivors and start beating up the killer with all they got
Yui: Death glares the killer and is good with technology. The other survivors will ask her for help with things and she will gladly help. Whenever a survivor is in danger, she's the first to help them get away. In the future, will become a great Savior and escape artist.
Quentin: Quiet & sort of awkward. Though he isn't that sociable, he likes to hang out the people. During the trails will often try to cling onto another survivor and possibly play a support role. In the future, will be a self-sacrifice for others with hope to "Wake Up!" from the nightmare
Ace: Always testing his luck, even in times of danger. Pretty dumbfounded but has a good gut and actually does have good luck. As expected: He is always trying to hit on the ladies. Actually becomes best friends with Jeff. In the future, he'll learn to adapt to the entity's game and start having tricks up his sleeves... or a shard in his hard (DS)

I'd depict Quentin as a sort of guy who would be neutral.
It's known that in the film Quentin likes to keep to himself when surrounded by people he doesn't know. He's not the sort of guy to start a conversation. Despite this, he's really talkative and empathic when he gets to know someone so I'd say that given the circumstances he'd be very chatty with the survivors around him.
Despite this, Quentin can also get quite quick to jump on board things without many thought. Even in the film, Quentin stole adrenaline and offered Nancy if she wanted some, Nancy declined and Quentin proceeds to inject it in himself anyway even though he doesn't know what adrenaline can do to the body. In my mind, in a trial Quentin can get quite heated up in some circumstances (such as if he was the last one standing and one of his fellows was hooked). His insomnia also doesn't help with this as it can play tricks with his mind, making Quentin possibly the most vulnerable survivor of the bunch.
Despite this, Quentin is quite intelligent, being able to come up with things forged from the environment around him. He knows a bit about medicine and this could help a lot when paired with Claudette's knowledge of botany.
Quentin would most probably become friends with Dwight, Claudette, Jake, Adam, Jeff and Steve. All of these characters have a trait similar to Quentin.

Totally disagree with those D.Va vibes. You can't really put Feng in one line with that careless gamer girl, cause she is opposite of it. Feng is the one who had her downs in the past. Life almost snapped her, as her fans and parents dissapointed in her. She meets new challenge with determination and will to fight, because to some point she tries to prove to herself, that she is still able to win and stay alive.
She don't get along with other survs cause of she mostly focused on her survival. Language barrier also plays it's part for certain extend. Tho, I can imagine she will get along with Yui (Yui is also asian and represents challenger archetype, which is a bit like Feng), Jake (also asian and loner as Feng) and maybe Jeff (guy had troubles with parents and didn't had real friends).
