Deathgarden items only preorder?

do i only get the deathgarden items if i preorder? I usually don‘t like to preorder stuff, and i can‘t preorder deathgarden on steam so im wondering if i will be able to get the skins without preorder of deathgarden

    As far as I know you have to preorder DG to get those masks

    The trapper and meg mask from my understanding is you have to own both games. 
    The pre-order you get origin skins for deathgarden, and your standard edition gets upgraded to deluxe edition for free of DG. 
    But if you want meg and trapper mask, think you just gotta own both games. Don't have to pre-order. At least what I hear and been told.

    Sadly no, because i have to answeres now, why can‘t i preorder it on stream :(
