Why is the Deathgarden mask only for Meg?

Is there some reason other survivors can't have the mask?  I get why Trapper is the only one to get the Hunter mask (though I'd disagree it's a good enough reason to limit it for killers), but it should really be pretty simple to throw it on some of the others.  Doesn't Meg have the most cosmetics already?

    Forget that why do we have another pc exclusive when they already promised no more platform exclusive or. When they said did they consoles plebs get nothing exclusive
