The Conqueror
The Conqueror had trained his whole life to become better than anyone has ever been. Even with years of training he had never gotten better and was the worst knight in Buhumina. Even when war raged the king would not let him into battle at all. Then he had the idea of trying to find the ancient sword of Excalibur. He traveled into the woods near Buhumina and during his journey he ran into a man wearing a dark black robe with orange thin stripes that look as if they were flowing like blood in a human's body. The man said that he knows where the blade was and could lead him to it. After a long horse ride into the deep woods they had made it to the sword in the stone. As he went to pull the sword out of the stone he heard the man laughing in a demonic voice. Out of nowhere spider legs came out of the rock and entangles him in a web with a material that he could not break. The webs start to infuse evil into him and he was finally let go. He had been turned into an indestructible entity. He went back to Buhumina and conquered the entire kingdom, but saved the king and executed him for all that he had put the young knight through. He now walks with the entity killing survivors for it.
Ability:
Shield Dash- Cooldown:30 Seconds, Dash time: Unlimited (Until hitting a survivor or an object on the map.) The killer dashes with a shield in hand. When running into a survivor it injures the survivor and gives them the Hindered effect for 15 seconds slowing them down and making it easier to catch them
Perks
Shield Strike:
. Your strikes are brutally effective at impairing your victims. When in a Chase, You may press the Action button to perform. Shield Strike have a 30%/25%/20% longer attack Cooldown, however, Survivors struck by your attacks suffer from Dazed until they are healed, at which point they continue to suffer from it for 10/20/30 Seconds.
Dazed Survivors will occasionally (approximately once every 10 to 15 seconds) have their movement controls inverted for 3-5 Seconds, as well as suffer from a 15%/20%/25% Interaction Speed Penalty. Dazed lasts an additional 10 seconds on a survivor every time that survivor suffers from this Status effect.
Enraged: Not finding a Survivor for 60/50/40 Seconds you become Enraged and your movement speed is increased by 2/5/7 percent and when you find a survivor all bloodlust points are slowed by 2/5/7 percent.
Hierarchy: When landing a successful hit on a survivor it causes the survivors speed boost after being hit to decrease in speed putting them down. It decreases the speed by 2/5/7 percent and it has a cooldown of 35/25/15 Seconds.

What's the advantage of conqueror to billy? Seems like Billy's charge does more with no cooldown right now

Whats with the 20% longer cooldown? What does that mean?

KigeAno we are still working on things but we were thinking of him being able to destroy a pallet with the charge and it only slowing him and not stopping the power
