I've been talking with people and I think it would be a good Idea for a different cosmetic for year 2, soo being as the year 1 was a fire red it could be a ice blue which would be great on all the characters introduced in year 2, soo everyone except kate and clown

    The entire point of legacy was for players who grinded through the old, tedious bloodweb. You didn't automatically get it through just playing the game back then.

    and even if something like this was implemented, the only characters that would get it would be David and the Huntress, as they were the only non-licensed characters released between the first and second anniversarys.
