Why i'm making this? His power is VERY boring and VERY basic. I tried to give him more variety to his power. I really hope you guys like it! Please give your opinion aswell!

Cool concept, but the IT souls be much better if each bottle would have a unique effect. Maybe something like:
1. Standard bottle
2. Bottle that has liquid in it, when throwed, blocks windows and pallets from being used. ( you know, only these that liquid from the bottle is on)
And so on, i don't have ideas for the rest.

I have over 600 hours on Clown.
In my opinion, while this is a creative rework, it is not very doable neither very effective. I think the Clown needs a mechanic just like they gave Freddy, something that allowed him to pressure the map and end chases quicker. A rework for me, for starters would be to simply get rid of the penalty he gets when he throws a bottle, both speed wise and the 1 second action cooldown. Also, I think the Intoxicated effect should prevent fast vaults, and hinder more its target. Freddy's snares for example have bigger duration and penalty than Clown's bottle. Also, I think Clown should have more bottles (5 or 6) and get them back after hooking someone (just like Freddy is rewarded with a charged dream channel).
Now, for his ability to pressure more I dont have settled in any ideas, but my favorite one would be to introduce the "Show's Puppets". The shows puppets would sit on gens and when they reached certain percentage they would laugh like Clown and create notifications, as well as exploding the gen or just blocking it for x amount of time.

What do you think about pinky finger basekit? I've heard it suggested a couple times it's probably not a good idea though.

A very stupid idea. Since I got used to the timing of the bottles tosses are very easy, so when I use a pinky finger it is just like m1 people. I think they are unfair, so I have 37 laying around
