Next Killer confirmed? What will be his power?

It seems to be that we get "Turkey Head" as a Killer, which is ... well lets say.... an interesting choice by the devs to say the least. But what will be his perks and especially what might be his power? Do you have to play him blindfolded?

His perks Yummy, Tasty, and Stuffed make survivors more vulnerable.
