Am i gonna get banned?
So it was just me and a jake left and the myers was being friendly with me so i led him to jake with bond i thought he would let us both escape but he killed jake and let me escape. Jake said he reported me and recorded it. So am i gonna get banned for "working with the killer"

Just to correct some information here. I can't say whether or not you will receive a ban firstly, that's up to the ACM's if there has been a report made. But we do not hand out warnings - we do temporary bans and permanent bans (temp bans can lead to permanent bans by escalation) but there's certainly no warnings in place.

For what it's worth, I've had plenty of people get me killed by working with the killer. I doubt they all got banned.

Id say all of this "BAN THIS" or "BAN THAT" gets out of hand. with online Games. At some point a company has to sit back and say "this may be hurting my income"

I FIRST hand, owned and moderated a Team Fortress 2 community server and a Left 4 Dead 1&2 servers. -Hardware wise I owned an IBM Blade server, 4x 2000w power supplies, 14 blades. cost some MONEY to run (alot of money)
(respectfully I will not ADVERTISE the name HERE- do not ask.)
if anyone has ever heard of Source Dedicated Servers or known as "SRCDS". There are GUIDELINES that had been came up with YEARS ago and this "Fair" rulings are what propelled server ideas to ALL TIME success until the advent of FREE TO PLAY. The rules went like this on our server:
1 Warning with a REFERRAL to COMMUNITY rules.
Mic Spam and MIC abuse - Mic was MUTED for VOTE MUTE system. Along with the same system that stacked MUTE BANS
Abusive chat 1st offense.
A system warning and a then each time it got out of hand with multiple reports. we MUTED the player. With stacking, and did it up to 180 days before the system reset.
I did NOT total ban for verbal abuse (except on rare occasions). That is BECAUSE I wanted the advertisement REVENUE. So if they did NOT come onto my server. it meant I was LOSING money. Even if a player was "trouble" or unhappy about something. They still were there PLAYING my game, and NEVER think one second, that we can just let a bit of revenue slip by. Because there CAN be rainy days.
For Type-chat abuse. I had the same rules, and infact so I didn't have to work extra hard at reading through everything. I spent about 1, maybe 2 weeks ENTERING in about every KNOWN abusive phrase, text, and used a dictionary script to take care of ALL of it for me. - NO I do NOT sell this script to anyone.
The exception was THREATS. - Those were PERMA BANS.
For cheaters. YES, we BANNED them.
Aimbots, WALL hackers, and about everything I could imagine that I could find on my LOGS on MY server that players did to CHEAT. I saw it ALL, and even some of the craziest cheats still in play, today that go unrecognized unless a person goes back and watches the replays.
(again, I wont say how they were used)
Anyway. I wish more people would go by these rules, since they are FAIR and are more obvious to be LAWFUL vs how I see people run their servers now. Someone does not like something SAID. They immediately ban. That is LOST money not coming in.
The only time I say something that is NOT polite. is to those whom cheat. as it is essentially theft from both the COMPANY and the player.

They won't ban you dude. It's near impossible to get banned for anything in this game unless you verbal abuse in post game chat lol.

From what I understand, if there is even a small chance that you are innocent, the powers at be will not ban you.
Something similar happened with me and a bad teammate. The killer saw that she was just waiting for me to die so he let me get up and killed her instead. The survivor said she was going to report me for working with the killer and nothing came of it.

HAha was it on swamp and was the other person a Meg? That happened just a while ago with me exactly and I killed her and that was what was said in chat xD
She had AFK crows like 2 or 3 times they were doing nothing long before it was just the 2 of them too.

No, this was a few weeks ago on the clown map. It was a Claudette, and even though I had the killers attention for about 4-5 minutes, she wouldn’t even do 1 gen. She just crouched and walked around, hoping the killer would kill me. Thankfully, he was a good guy and killed her instead <3
