Only one monster killer?
Why don't we have more monstrous killers in dbd. When we have "spirit" killers, 2 ranged "Plague is technically ranged", and 2 trapping killers. Not to mention we have like what 3 one shot killers. Demo-man isn't quite that reliable when his ability can easily be juked and the portals are treated as if there trappers trap. Please can we discuss this instead of a sarcastic joke or some meme.

Demogorgon was the first monster because BHVR wasn't sure how they could handle monstrous Killers. As it was, Demi required an entire new rig, which cost more than usual (I believe). This called for new animations as well.
We'll likely see more monsters in the future, since they have proven that it is possible. But they'll likely be less frequent for those aforementioned reasons.

I just wonder if they ever get the rights to use pennywise that'll be considered a monster killer that way we don't have 2 clowns.

For a long while the devs had the stance they didn’t want monster killers in the game - they liked the human touch, for the dual reasons of being easy to understand movement whether you’re playing as them or against them, and it drives home that you’re playing against another person. Demogorgon goes against neither of those ideas: it’s human-shaped enough it still conveys movement and human-esque sense of self. A more monstrous killer which loses the semblance of humanity is unlikely to happen so long as the devs still have that mentality (note that I have no idea if they do or not)

The dbd team weren't confident to put a monster in dbd,since all of the killers except the cutie demigorgon come from their own version of Earth,were monsters kinda don't exist. Now that they released demi,they said that everything is on the table. So we could have a normal killer,a monster,an alien,nea and dwelfs as the next killer. So don't lose hope

Well alot of the killers we have already are pretty monster like so here's hoping we get more..
