Is hang man's mistake a good perk for lower ranks? A friend suggested me to run it because lower ranks sab a lot.

    Lower ranks you mean around yellow ranks? If yes, don't bring it anyways, it's a trash perk and low level survivor are easy to catch up. If you mean red ranks, then no, nobody sabotage at high levels, except few times when survivors meme.

    Not worth the perk slot until they do a rift dedicated to Jake where the survivor challenges consist of sabotaging hooks.
