I own all the Killer DLCs. Why do I keep getting 7000 BP offerings in my bloodweb to play as a killer that I already own?

On second thought I don't own the DLCs. I bought some of them from the Shrine with Auric cells. Still shouldn't get these in the bloodweb though... right?
