Baby rage quitting

Something needs to be done already! I'm so sick and tired of either the killer or a survivor quitting a match because they suck. A killer downed a survivor in a match and right away they quit. A killer gets beat and before the match is over they quit. Do something about it like a penalty or something or else more people are going to stop playing.

    I mean, totally understandable. Lost a BPS today because a Killer ragequit after 1 minute in the game, because according to him, the Hit he tried to land on me should have hit. So yeah, I once get not ######### by latency or Hitboxes and the Killer DCed because of that... But only Survivors are entitled.

    Anyway:

    There will be DC Penalties in the future, however, they will not really solve anything. People will still be able to ruin other players games. I mean, Killers will not care that much if a Survivor kills himself on the first Hook or not, but it will affect the other Survivors. There is no difference for them between a DC or Suicide on Hook.

    Or by simply going afk - this can also be applied for Killers. Haddonfield?-->I go afk, facing a Corner. Survivors will depip because of that, and the Killer will not get punished for the system.

    But players who have to DC because of Bugs or simply because their game crashed, will get penalized.

    So yeah, there will be something in the future, it was already tested. However, if it will be a good addition... I doubt it.

    20 minutes waiting for a solo survivor game earlier, including obligatory lobby dodges. Then a long game against a spirit who ragequit once the exit gates got opened, did nothing to offend her except not dying. She didn't even use the leave match option so I'd get my bloodpoints, had to yank the cable. RIP escape cake, gone but not forgotten

    I've afked vs a sweaty gen rush team, but I've never rage quit.

    Yeah. I have never seen so much rage quitting in a game before. I don't really get it. Why give up the points you have earned, or could still earn for nothing? Makes no sense to me that some people have such fragile egos. I have seen some play the entire game and then DC because they got downed at the exit. Why give up the points you already earned?

    I know there are a few good reasons why people suicide on the hook. Not talking about those.
