Does anyone here use Nvidia Freestyle?
I feel like not enough people know about this. If you find the game too dark etc, and you have a supported Nvidia GPU (from the last like 3 years or so?), you already have this installed. It recently got a huge update so you can straight up use Reshade effects directly in the driver. Never lose a Blendette again.
I currently use a color corrector with a custom setting, the built in freestyle brightness/contrast settings, as well as the Reshade Clarity and AdaptiveSharpen filters. If you don't like how mine looks, ignore that and just look at what it does for the visibility. The menu screenshots don't do it any justice. You don't really appreciate it until you're on a Yamaoka map, or a Macmillan map.
I should also note - this is completely allowed. The devs have stated it is not cheating.

I do and I seriously can't play without it anymore. The game looks incredibly blurry and dark without it, especially on higher settings.

You can also shoot up the contrast via the Windows monitor gamma correction. No Nvidia card required.

I use it, because i am colorblind and the devs don´t give me a colorsupport (shifting the auras the killer sees from red to blue or yellow would be enough, but still asked too much it seems). Can you give me your settings per pm, then i would try them out and see if they help me

Is there anythint I can do on console to replicate this?

It makes blendettes stick out too

Messing with your TV settings. It'll take forever and not be this good but it'll get you like 70% of the way

I have been wanting to set mine, any guides to which settings will let me see better?
A streamer did one but it’s a couple years old and he admits it was quick And could be improved so I wonder if anyone has “best settings.”

It will be different for every game. I could screenshot my settings and send them to you if you like? If you don't like them you can tweak them, but it's the brightness, contrast and exposure that are really key :)
