Fanmade killer; The Medusa
My first time posting about my ideas to a new killer. So let me begin;
The medusa has 115% movement speed and standard 32m terror radius. Size medium
She blindfolded her head is full of snakes,doesnt have legs,only a snake tail and holds an ancient greek sword
Abilities; guardian
Medusa has a special interaction with generators. She can begin a small channel when she is close to a generator that allows her to put snakes in the gen,making survivors who touch the gen to take passive damage. When the passive damage meter is full, the survivors working on the gen are injured. They can do an channel that will terminate the snakes,but will notify the killer.
Second ability,payback (needs better name)
Medusa crawls gains a burst of movement speed for 3 secs and then ambuses,making survivors who see her after ambusing go into the dying state and the others just to slow them for 3 seconds. While crawled she is undetectable but survivors can hear her hissing.

I thought of making it a red add-on; if you look at her you go to the dying state and if you don't and you are in a certain radius then you are injured. I think that the requirement to put a survivor into the dying state (looking at the killer while she ambuses) is really hard to do so I believe it may be balanced :D
