Hex: Ruin has already a risk for the killer.

Hex:ruin's work is to give the killer the sufficient time to gain momentum and dificult the repair speed by making skillchecks harder.

In the patch notes it says:

  1. The passive nature of the gameplay pressure it provides means that there is a huge amount of potential with very little effort or risk on behalf of The Killer. 

There is a risk on behalf of the killer: It's a Hex totem perk. It can be found, it can be deactivated and then the killers ends up playing with 3 perks.

The changes on ruin are not that bad, it can synergies well with Surveillance, Overcharge and PGTW, However, it's a mistake that it's still a Hex perk.

If this perk continues with this new rework it should be made a into a Non Hex perk.

    If it was made into a non hex perk, it would be run 100% of the time. This is a ridiculous suggestion.
