Nerf Ruin?

As you all know ruin is a crutch perk. It is also a great way to not get gen rushed until its cleansed. Nerfing ruin would suck for killers in general. Killers that relied on it before would be forced into a get good or die situation.(against survivors that look for totems) Applying pressure on, let's say rank 8-6 survivors. Depending on your killer would be a nightmare.

Removing ruin would have the same effect. I propose that ruin get reworked along with the gen repair system.
