Kill Switch update: The issue affecting Baermar Uraz's Ugly Sweater has been fixed and the cosmetic has been reenabled in all queues with this update.

I remember back in the day...

When the devs said consistently that they did not EVER want to split the community, but now it seems like its the opposite. They are working actively to split the community by only catering to new players on the survivor role to have "fun". And never addressing "unfun" aspects of killers and high rank players.

I have spent alot of money on this game through their dlc's and their cosmetics, but i hope that all of you who are displeased with the direction we are headed start voting with your wallets. I have not and will not spend a single auric cell in the store since june of 2019 and will now start to save my shards instead of buying the dlc's with money.

"We decided to remove auric cells so we made a new currency!" - BHVR

In reality I just want to see more reasoning. I also think we might be overreacting right now. This will go to the PTB and seeing how everyone is reacting right now i'm sure we will have some nice updates. Lets see how the update actually comes out from the PTB, thats what I want to see

I used to buy all the DLC... I don't anymore. I got Oni/Yui with Shards. I didn't buy the Stranger Things DLC. I have enough Auric Cells sitting in my account for the next Rift Premium Pass, and I will only buy the next Premium Pass if I reach the final tier and it rewards all the Auric Cells back.

I will go broke buying every season pass for DOA6, but I won't put another cent into DbD unless it changes direction before I get to the point of uninstalling. Ash is already in the game; I don't think there's anyone else they could add who would have me pulling out my wallet.

If it was just the ruin change i 100% agree, but its back to back from other killer nerfs and now its getting to much. And since outcry is apparently the only way the devs listen then an outcry is what they are going to get.

Nerfs in general is getting to much, i don't like seeing anything nerfed unless its literally breaking the game. 80% of dbd's content is so weak and situational/boring that noone would bat an eye if it was just deleted.

so when the good things get nerfed then thats a MAJOR part of the game being dropped down to the 81% garbage bin...
