I have an idea to try to fix this update
The devs are abhorrently dependent on PTB before changing stuff right? They use PTB to collect data right? Nobody seems to like this update and some are even already uninstalling the game right? Well here's my idea...
Play the hell out of the PTB
Always run Hex:Ruin
Always Play Doctor
Do this so we can show them that this update sucks. Give them tha data they want to prove why this update will hurt the game.

While this is a great idea, all the information they need is already there. In the reaction videos made by youtubers like Tru3 and Ardetha, in the complaints, and even in common sense. If they just had a better understanding of their own game, they would stop being survivor sided, fix gen speeds, and rework killers with a bit more emphasis on the actual killer player rather than the survivors that go against that killer. I think (and hope) this backlash will be enough that they'll make at least a few changes before the PTB even goes live. They really shouldn't release the PTB in its current state.

Get a developer to play the game live(Again) and it's on Red ranks.

Honestly, I think ruin, as they're making it, should also remove the great skill check zones on gens. Not huge, but would still slow down early game a little bit. Especially for people using toolboxes.
