On PlayStation this seems to be busted no matter the tier regardless on rather the killer is chasing me or standing right in front of me there is no heart beat. Wondering if any one else has noticed this.

    Its an exploit related to Tinkerer Tier 2 and not Monitor and Abuse, unless you are talking about Myers who can use M&A to eliminate his terror radius while he has Evil Within 1.

    As stated above its a known issue with Tinker 2 that the Devs said they fixed on their end but have somehow prolonged any public fix for nearly 2 weeks now.
