Dedicated Servers are now live on PS4?

So seems like the Servers are live on PS4 now.
Can a Dev confirm?
As Killer you have your own Ping indicator and as Survivor you can join a lobby and if the Killer leaves you stay waiting with the other 4 players until another Killer joins. Ping is also consistently low.
