    I’d rather have Orochimaru from the first part of Naruto, before they neutered him to a generic baddy.

    Anime baddies wouldn’t work in this game, unfortunately.

    Yoshikage Kira would be scarier and more fitting than Dio. Plus, Josuke could come with the chapter and have some amazing healing perks to represent Crazy Diamond.
