He is fine, but needs some work.
Detection should be fixed on both sides and his Stalking should be somewhat useful. Not really good when a Killer is best used when only using half of his power.

I would also rework some of his addons, they are just so boring and some are even useless, like the movement speed addons when stalking for example, also I would rework the power recovery addons and decrease the base cooldown of Night Shroud from 30 seconds to 20 seconds.

I think he’s okay but boring. I don’t like playing as him and I despise playing against him.

Stalking is broken as it doesn't even add stalk progress on a survivor around 45% of the time. Detection is broken which is annoying on both sides.

Too reliant on the recovery time addons, his other addons are trash, and Survivors being able to break him out of shroud when he cant even see them is an issue.

He's a buggy killer, other than that he's fine. Kinda boring to play as and against, though.

He looks like OP when use Nurse Calling + Sloppy Butcher + Reduce cooldown add-ons or Reduce reveal range add ons.
But with other builds, he still weak.
Because of his long cooldown and open-large map can kill him.

While his core might be balanced, his power is broken.
Thus making him overpowered.
Devs should fix the reveal mechanic and his camping in night shroud balancewise.

The detection system is a bit flawed but other than that he's pretty balanced imo. A bit annoying to go against too.
