Meg's & trapper's deathgarden cosmetics

So today I bought deathgarden and I entered the code to get the game but when I launched DBD I didn't have my cosmetics. I saw that Monto had already his masks. Is that normal?

In short, some people got early access to the Dev build, which gave them the masks.
