I haven't heard the rank 17-20 players say "survivors queues are instant, killers queues are long" - where did you get that from?

I just choose to ignore them at this point. Entitled players will find any reason to try and harass you out of speaking the facts, because they don't want the game to be balanced. If it was balanced then they wouldn't be in red ranks as survivor anymore.
Probably not even purple.

Tofu himself shows the absurdly long killer queues in his video. In the background, he sits for the entire video waiting for a lobby. I further tested this myself by using my low rank alt, and would you know it survivor queues took next to no time to get into, while my killer queues were far slower and nowhere near instant like current high rank killer queues.
Like I said, everyone wants to think this is because a shortage of killers, but it really isn't. When killer queues were garbage back in the day, nobody said it was because of a lack of survivors. The current matchmaking that killers wanted implemented funnily enough screwed over the matchmaking system entirely.

On red ranks, playing survivor is all about SWF or mostly big brained survivors (if you don't get a memer who actually doesn't care anymore because he knows playing survivor is chill) the game will go the same, yesterday I had an impressive match of all rank 1-2's agaisn't a purple killer, we all got hooked once or twice, the killer did well, but at the end, we excelled and everyone went for protection hits, so everyone else could escape, it was no different from playing SWF.
Being survivor is easy, if I want an even easier chill match, i'll bring a toolbox with repair speeds because I know that our odds of winning will be increased by a shitton.
On red survivor ranks, we're getting purple and green killers often and the matches are a total stomp; Give the survivor a butterknife and we'll start killing the killers.
The game was scary when I started playing it (600h ago) as a survivor
But now, 600h later, the game is much more scary as a killer, because survivors are freaking powerful and organized.
