So, I'm gonna tell you right now, if you push the Ruin change to live, the average game will be killers getting a single down in 3 gens, hooking, then getting into another chase in which 2 gens pop. If you are going to stubbornly and foolishly ignore generators and map setup as core issues, then you gotta gut the second chance perks, including NOED. You can handwaive this all you want, but the entire survivor meta is literally just run second chance perks which carry them much higher in ranks than they should be.

I think there are more things we have to tke in consideration before we point at a single issue and make it responsible for a balance problem. But indeed, the Ruin change will have strong effects (at least thats what I imagine).

I'm aware of the thread, but if they're going to refuse to address gens or map design, then at the least they need to gut the survivor perks that get taken in 80% of matches. Since they're basing nerfs on statistics, or so they try to claim
