Bloodwarden buff
Bloodwarden could use an extension maybe 15-30 seconds

Blood warden should just queue up if the killer hooks someone before the gates are open but while they're powered and then activate after they've been opened.

Extending the timer on Blood Warden is dangerous territory, since Endgame Collapse lasts 4 minutes maximum (with someone hooked or downed). It already covers 1/4 of that time minimum, and it definitely feels like a short time if you catch 2 or more survivors with it. Then again, it's a perk that can swing a game into a full 4K if used properly, and has good synergies with perks like NOED.
It's one of those perks that often doesn't see use, but it's scary when you see that block as survivor.
That would also be a really cool improvement, but it would remove counterplay of not opening the gates so you can make saves. I'm curious if there's some sort of middle ground that could be found for it.

My idea is- it would reset exit gates and trigger the end game. :D killer can continue reset exit gates as long as killer put survivors on hooks. And, if survivors dont want to escape when the gates are open, the gates can be blocked once. Devs, make Blood Warden great again! :D

It can be time count down not slowed down when its activating.

Very cool idea, I hadn’t even considered that

That could definitely work! 😁

honestly all I wanna see for a blood warden buff is a mori to activate the perk

The only buff Blood Warden needs is an increase of 5 seconds to its Tier 2 version.
You know why.

They increase it by 3 seconds, just to REALLY screw with OCD ppl

It could be really good if it was addtional effect, not complete new effect.

I would love this so much. Bloodwarden is such a fun perk but it's counter being just do what you normally do really deminishes it's effectiveness

I agree with this because if adrenaline can still proc while someone is hooked and THEN get the benefit...

The counterplay would be to open the gate, because while hooked the EGC timer is extended, but bloodwarden would start running instead of being on hold. In essence, survivors would have to guess if the killer has bloodwarden or not. I'm not saying it'd be a good change or not, just that there would be a different meta.

Nah Blood Warden does not need a buff. It's very situational because if it wasn't it would be too powerful, especially combined with certain perks. Let's not forget that this is an end game perk, aka insurance. If you're relying on it to secure kills it's because you were unable to get those kills before a gate was opened. That needs to be balanced very delicately. And the idea of "queuing up" BW for any hook in end game is over the top powerful.
If people think DS and NOED are second chance perks then Blood Warden is a third chance perk.

It should activate whenever a survivor is hooked during the EGC, not just once.

I do feel that Bloodwarden lost its edge with the EGC as survivors mostly 99% doors now to stop the timer from starting which has hurt Bloodwarden. Killers now often open the gates themselves which gives away the surprise.

Bloodwarden should activate before the gates are powered, but not possible to activate after they are opened
That way the counter is to open the gates asap what is the opposite of what people do now
They either counter bloodwarden but put them under the time limit of EGC, or they 99% the gates to avoid EGC but get punished if the killer happens to have bloodwarden
Then survivors would have to make a choise instead of mindlessly doing the same thing all the time and covering all options
